Data Collection and Intended Use

In our website, we collect two (2) types of data about users:

1. active data (such as name, mail address, e-mail address, telephone/fax numbers, credit card details, password, etc.) when voluntarily submitted by visitors for registration, contests, on-line order placement, etc.; and 
2. passive data (such as browser type, IP address, page reference, etc.)

From time to time, we may ask our website visitors to answer survey questions. Surveys generally will relate to the content of the website, our products or categories of products.  We may ask for age or age ranges, gender and/or other non-personally identifiable data.  No personally identifiable data will be requested and the data collected is not tied to any personally identifiable data that may have been previously provided by a user. Data gathered from polls and surveys are for internal use only by the Nestlé Group but any aggregate (not personally identifiable) data may be shared with others.

The data controller collecting the personal data described herein is the Nestlé Group.

The personal data submitted by you to this website are used only for the express purposes stated at the location where you provide it, i.e., in order to receive press releases; management reports or other financial data; or processing an application for employment (Opt-In). We will not use personally identifiable data for direct marketing or unsolicited communications unless you give us your express permission for such use (Opt-In).

One Time Registration

In order to make the registration process easier, we use a one-time registration tool across many Nestlé websites.  With this tool, when you register with our website, this data can be automatically made available to you for registration at other Nestlé website(s).  Your personal data remain protected and you must always Opt-In to receive data from Nestlé website(s) before you are added to our mailing list.

Data Security, Accessing, Deleting or Correcting Data

Your personal data is password protected. You can consult, revise, correct or delete your personal data by using your user-ID and password. Referrals
